Process Improvement 2

Process Improvement

We know that when new processes are implemented, they work but the time and effort is not necessarily available to be able to implement them to be their most efficient. Revisiting processes should be a proactive task to identify, analyse & improve upon the existing process to optimise quality, time & cost.

Some examples of process improvement projects we are experienced in are:

Lean Six Sigma

- Process mapping and Value Stream Map creation

- Reducing causes of variation

- Replacing manual tasks such as keying data & double keying with integration

- Problem solving and improving processes to be faster and more efficient

- Consultation on reducing cycle and lead times

- Assessment of the quality costs.

Robotic Process Automation

- Assessment for where RPA/Automation can be utilised

- Implementing Cash allocation systems to interact with the bank and allocate money before Credit Control staff arrive to work.

- Introducing Chat bots

- Automating routine manual tasks
